Okay, wasn' t sure how to ask this question. I am looking for some kind of chart that explains about how much they eat at what age... and when they transition to solids etc. I realize every child is different... But I am just trying to get some idea... This is me and my hubbys first and we are just trying to get as much info as possible before she arrives. ThanksBest site ever!!
http://www.wholesomebabyfood.com/www.babycentre.comIntroduce solids slowly from 4 - 6 months, depending on how happy and content your baby is. If he/she is very active, introduce closer to 4 months. Start with rice cereal mixed with breat milk or formula, whatever baby is used to. The book 'Healthy baby meal planner' by sara Lewis was my bible for my two kids. Just go slowly and keep it healthy and nutritious - lots of pureed veges. Increase particle size as teeth developI have been recommending www.wholesomebabyfood.com for two weeks now (since I found it, LOL!) It is awsome and will answer all of your questions. Also www.superbabyfood.com is pretty good too.#If you have any other info about this subject , Please add it free.# |
