The other day at our local dojo, our instructor taught us that by rolling and/or hitting our shins and/or forearms with a hard object e.g stick, it would strengthen the bone from little micro-fractures, making our strikes more powerful and less painful to us. Is this true and if so, what hard objects do you use and are there any cons from doing so?yeah it works but if you do it to much you can damage your bones.it is true and i would rather use the rolling method cause its alot less painful. but you could use a solid stick. that worksYou could use a rolling pin. You can pick one up from Walmart for next to nothing.
I've heard about this method but you want to be careful with anything that reduces sensitivity.
Good luck.#If you have any other info about this subject , Please add it free.# |
