You can't. You could sue, but that isn't cheap. But you knew there would be a cancellation fee going in, so you really have no recourse.
Some states are now fighting the phone companies on this, but I don't know how much success they have had.You will have to pay 200$, My Friend.The only way that I know how to do that is to look up when the last text messaging fee hike was... so if it is close then you can say you don't want to pay that service and you will have to argue with them a little but you can say that you want to cancel due to this new knowledge and you can get out of it...
I believe that if you have unlimited text already ... you might hit a wall here, because the increase wouldn't affect you.

according to this post it says that one was due for this fall... so you can probably back out based on this information.Complain to bbb.. they are a non-government company but they are usually very good with negotiating with cell phone companies to get out of your contract. You just have to explain why and they give tmobile 30 days to respond. It worked for me.#If you have any other info about this subject , Please add it free.# |
