How can I strengthen my body?

  • About myself:

    Basically I want to become a good fighter. I have achieved my black belt in Tae Kwon do and am currently taking Judo and Kick Boxing classes.

    I workout with this six days a week for muscle mass, strength and cardio:

    My question:

    How can i condition my shins, AND other bones like in this video?

    Also, are there any cons from shin conditioning and what they do in the second video?


  • train with heavier partners for body strength, kicking the heavy bag hard with shins will condition them, medicine ball workout for body conditioning.
