well on way to find out is click tools than options than click on the privacy tab(this may take a while)from ur non block list right click on a name the delete option will only be available if someon has blocked/delted you an other option is http://www.whoblocksyou.com
u can find out by downloading the msn plus add on......and with this go to plus option and clean-up contact list..this list will tell u who has u in their list and who u have but dont have u........so ull know if someone has deleted u or blocked you......

Some simple ways that I can suggest to try to know if a contact has blocked you is to ask a common contact if he/she has recently seen this user online. Also, you can try to check the availability of there MSN spaces (if they have one).
