My computer had a meltdown and I had to do a system restore. Now I cannot get into my main Yahoo mail account.?

  • I work at home and this is crippling. I use Yahoo mail as a file cabinet of sorts and desperately need to get into it!


  • You can access your Yahoo mail in a bare bones fashion by going here: http://us.m.yahoo.com/p/mail or: http://de.m.yahoo.com/p/mail or: http://uk.m.yahoo.com/p/mail


  • if you mean to use browser to go online and log in at yahoo mail, it should simply work,
    http://mail.yahoo.com/

    there may be some default settings for your browser, or plugins not setup yet, or antivirus or firewall blocking access, check those,

    if you have special yahoo internet service provider deal, you may have to go through manuals for service provider, or there site via yahoo to login
