mostly i want a new hair color besides my natural one but any other things i can change mt mmake myself look better ( i know im ugly, this is not a pretty ques) new look??

omg the ugly eye monster that takes pis from odd angles run away run away I would def suggest some side bangs, and maybe a little shorter with some layers. A lot like Selena Gomez new hairstyle if you've seen it. And with your hair color, I think you can make an easy transition into brown or auburn. I love this color!

I WOULD TRY SOME LIGHT HIGHLIGHTS.
BUT REDISH HAIR WITH LIGHT HIGHLIGHTS WOULD LOOK GREAT WITH YOURE EYES.Die your hair black and wear a little foundation or blush to get rid of the rid skin. I think you should keep your color, it's really pretty and not everyone has red hair like that. i would either layer it really choppy and cool OR get straight across bangs and layer it framing your face.I think you should put some layers in your hair to add some texture and a nice side bang. I like your hair color but if you want to do something different why not try some low lights in a nice dark chocolate brown shade.
As for make up in order to get green eyes to pop, you should try wearing various purple shades. The contrast in color to your eyes will make them seem more dramatic. If you want your eyes to stand out but look more natural, you may want to try warmer mocha brown shades or warm colors with slight orange undertones. Basic eyeshadow colors for green eyes would be earth tones with slight hints of gold, taupe colors, mocha browns, and lavender-purple shades. Have your hair layered! Really would go great. Maybe, darken the color of your hair to have a little contrast. I would suggest a shorter cut. Side bangs, or at least a side part. And choppy. I think choppy layers with side bangs would be really cute.
Although I don't suggest wearing a lot of makeup for the sake of being yourself, I think mascara would do a lot. If you'd like, a little bit of eyeliner too.
:)OMG! yur hair colors sooo pretty! also all you need to do is wear some makeup! i recomend maybe eye liner or mascara!you are very pretty! and dont worry i take horrible pics too.
